Wipro is committed to maintaining a workplace where each employee’s dignity is respected and protected from offensive or threatening behavior including violence.
Wipro does not tolerate verbal or physical conduct by any employee that harasses another, disrupts another’s work performance, or creates an intimidating, offensive, abusive or hostile work environment. This includes such behavior directed towards third parties during conducting Wipro business.
Any retaliation against an employee who has raised an issue about harassment or who has cooperated/ participated in an investigation of a harassment case is similarly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
Any breach of this policy will lead to disciplinary action or even termination after due inquiry.
