History & Development
Wipro Consumer Care Vietnam has both the head office and the plant in Binh Duong province. Our factory sits on a 20,000 m2 site in the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park 1 (VSIP1) and has recently undergone a major expansion to cater to the growing demands of the domestic market as well as international demands from other markets in Asia.
We started our operations in 1996 and since then we have built our brands and presence to proudly become the third largest non-paper personal care business in the Vietnam market with double-digit annual growth and highly popular brands such as Enchanteur, Romano, Gervenne, MaxKleen, Bio-essence, Carrie Junior and Aiken.
Wipro has been regarded as one of the World’s most ethical companies all the years, from 2013-2018 by The Ethisphere Institute – the global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices.
The mission of Wipro Consumer Care Vietnam is to achieve success while helping our customers achieve theirs. Integrity and responsibility lie at the core of our business. We have a very strong Ombuds cell and an equally powerful COBC program to ensure each employee as well as business associates understand our business philosophy and code of business ethics. The company must run in a manner that is ethical, fair and compliant with local law.

Milestones
1996 – Unza products were distributed by EAC company.
1999 – Unza Vietnam was established and achieved ISO/ GMP standards in Binh Duong.
2007 – Wipro Group acquired Unza Malaysia.
2010 – The company changed its name to Wipro Unza Vietnam.
2012 – Wipro Unza Vietnam was ranked No.3 in the personal care FMCG in Vietnam.
2019 – The company changed its name to Wipro Consumer Care Vietnam.
2021 – The company maintained ongoing production and business without being uninterrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic and still achieved growth.
2022 – The company won the Top 100 Best Company to Work for in Asia award for the fifth year in a row.
2023 – The company at the same time won all 3 award categories: Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam; Top 50 Best Employer of Choice by Vietnam Student; Top 15 Representative Company with Happy Workforce. In 2023, the company also achieved the Vietnam National Quality – Gold Award and the Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting GMP – Gold Certification.
