In 2007, Wipro acquired Unza Holding and we became part of Wipro Consumer Care since then we have built our brands and extend the portfolios in personal\/body care, skin care and household categories in Indonesia. We have our own production facility at Salatiga in Central Java and operates through almost 90 distributor partners across Indonesia to ensure the distribution of products to meet consumer demand.<\/p>\n<p>Our vision is to be amongst the fastest growing and most admired FMCG companies in Indonesia committed to meeting the growing needs of the discerning Indonesian consumers. Integrity and responsibility lie at the core of our business. We have a very strong Ombuds cell and an equally powerful COBC program to ensure each employee as well as business associates understand our business philosophy and code of business ethics. It\u2019s imperative for the company to run in a manner which is ethical, fair, and compliant with the law of the land.<\/p>\n<p>It comes then not as a surprise that Wipro has been regarded as one of the World\u2019s most ethical company all the years, from 2013-2018 by The Ethisphere Institute \u2013 the global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices. PT Unza Vitalis (Wipro Unza Indonesia) won Gold, Silver and Bronze from HR Excellence Award 2020 for Excellence in Business Transformation, Digital Transformation and Women Empowerment and was recognized as one of HR Asia\u2019s Best Companies to Work for the fifth consecutive years (2019-2023) both achievements a testimony to our best-in-class practices.<\/p>\n<h1>Milestones<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>2004 \u2013 Unza Holding acquired PT Unza Vitalis<\/li>\n<li>2007 \u2013 Wipro acquired Unza Holding.
