Hence we are committed to addressing societal challenges through our various initiatives coordinated by Wipro Unza Cares. Wipro Unza Cares is a joint contributions and efforts between employees and Company, by donating cash or in kinds to the areas of education and community services especially on education and welfare of children, to make compelling contributions to those children in needs, such as spastic and education of underprivileged children or poor family, etc. Wipro Unza Cares will also provide assistances to disaster rehabilitation, as part of its charters.Wipro Unza Cares will constantly find ways to raise funds through employees’ events and activities from employees and these funds will be in turn matched by the Company (Wipro Unza Malaysia).

Wipro Unza Cares is also a platform for employee engagement in social and community issues through:

Monetary contribution by employees which will be matched by Wipro Unza Malaysia
Encourage employee initiatives and engagement with financial, capability and volunteer supports
Personal participation and volunteerism, as much as possible
