Wipro Consumer Care Singapore distributes and markets a comprehensive range of personal care products, principally skin care, hair care, talcum powder, deodorants, shower, cleansing products and fragrances. These are marketed under well-known brand names like BIO-ESSENCE, EBENE, DERMA LAB, EVERSOFT, ENCHANTEUR, SAFI along with other market leading brands in the region.
L.D. Waxson Group was incorporated in 1980 by Dr. Tor Lam Huat who has led the company to create many household name products such as Bio-essence, Ginvera and Ebene and clinched many SME awards in Singapore.
Wipro Unza Singapore was part of the Wipro Unza Group of Companies and was incorporated in 1980. It has several strong brands such as Eversoft, Enchanteur, Safi etc. which are close to the consumers’ heart.
Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting is among the fastest growing FMCG businesses in its operating geographies of Asia and the Middle East. Its businesses include personal wash products, skincare products, male grooming products, toiletries, domestic and commercial lighting and modular office furniture. It has a strong brand presence with significant market share across segments in India, South East Asia, the Middle East and South Africa.
With the acquisition of Unza Group in 2007 and subsequently L.D. Waxson in 2012, Wipro Consumer Care has established a substantial global footprint.
Both Unza and L.D. Waxson companies in Singapore have merged as one since 1 April 2021 and is now known as Wipro Consumer Care Singapore.
