New Product Development

To drive innovation, we have established advanced research and development facilities in Malaysia, China, Vietnam, and Malaysia. These centers enable us to develop our own products. Through rigorous testing and consumer research, we ensure that our new products fully meet consumer requirements. Stringent safety checks are conducted, including the regulations set by the Federal Drug Authority (FDA), European Economic Community (EEC)/COLIPA, British Pharmacopoeia (BP), the Cosmetics, Toiletries and Fragrance Association (CFTA), ASEAN Cosmetic Directive for ASEAN countries and the National Medical Products Administration China (NMPA).

Distribution Reach

We have an extensive sales and distribution network that ensures convenient access to our products for consumers across various markets. With a retail footprint spanning hypermarkets, supermarkets, department stores, mini markets, general provision shops, convenience stores, and pharmacies, we strive to make our products readily available. Additionally, we deploy sales promoters in many markets who are stationed in retail outlets to increase awareness, encourage product trial, and provide comprehensive advice to consumers.

International Businesses

Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting is among the fastest-growing companies in the FMCG space with 14 global acquisitions, over 50% of the company revenues is accounted for by our international businesses. Through our international acquisitions of personal care and home care brands, we have gained expertise which has enabled knowledge transfer and faster turnaround on our new product development.
