IQ is a proudly South African skin care brand, developed by South African dermatologist, Dr Len Nel. Having diagnosed and treated many patients in his clinical practice, developing IQ was a natural extension to provide world class skin care to all South Africans. Dr Nel specialises in photo-ageing and sun related skin damage, and is on the forefront of cosmetic dermatology.

IQ products are specially developed for the South African climate and as such, have broad spectrum SPF protection, contain antioxidants, and are highly emollient and moisturising. IQ products have been formulated with an infusion of polyphenol-rich White Tea Extract and selected antioxidants, to achieve a unique IPF (Immuno Protection Factor), which helps to prevent essential Langerhans cells from being depleted, and in short, allows the skin to support the synthesis of collagen and elastin.

UltraRich™

The UltraRich™ range has been clinically proven to increase hydration, smoothness, firmness and skin elasticity while reducing wrinkle depth*. UltraRich™ is suited for extra dry and/or mature skin, and its anti-ageing properties are enhanced by ingredients like IPF™ Antioxidants, Hyaluronic Acid, and precious Allantoin.

UltraEven™

The UltraEven™ range was formulated to help treat pigmentation, restore an even skin tone, and reduce imperfections while hydrating skin for perfect radiance. UltraEven™ is formulated to treat existing uneven skin tone and protect your skin from further discolouration, with help from ingredients like Vitamin B3 & C, Butyl Resorcinol, IPF™ Antioxidants, and Keratin. 

DermaQuench™

The DermaQuench™ range combines SPF and IPF™ Antioxidants to help provide affordable anti-ageing care for dry, sensitive skin. The South African climate can be tough on ageing, dry or sensitive skin which is why DermaQuench™ has been specially developed with ingredients like Jojoba Esters, Avocado Oil, MultiVitAE™, and White Tea to give your skin the highest quality care.

ClearStart™

The ClearStart™ range was developed specially for people who struggle with oily, problematic skin. This range is formulated with Salicylic Acid, Aloe and IPF™ Antioxidants to cleanse, soothe and protect acne-prone skin. 

Sun Care

IQ’s Sun Care range provides vital protection against sun damage and is specially developed to suit all skin types. The sunscreens provide broad spectrum protection against both UVA and UVB rays, and combine with IQ’s unique IPF™ Antioxidants to help scavenge Free Radicals that are known to cause premature ageing.
